Entry Period

Entries open upon announcement and close at 11:59 PM MST on December 31, 2025.

One winner wil be announced publicly on January 2, 2026.

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at time of

entry.

Entrants must:

- Have an existing, legally registered business within the United States.

- Be folowing @bffmarketingpro on Instagram.

Void where prohibited.

Prize

One (1) winner wil receive:

- A 1-Page Custom BFF SmartSite (mobile + desktop responsive)

- A Basic AI Chat Widget integrated into the SmartSite

- A Ful Branding Package including logo, palette & visual identity

Approximate retail value (ARV): $599 USD.

AI Chat Widget Usage & Token Costs

The BFF SmartSite includes optional access to an AI Chat Widget powered by OpenAI.

The widget enhances automation & communication but incurs smal per-use costs

biled by OpenAI based on token usage.

- “Tokens” are units of text processed by AI. X 1 milion tokens = ̃750,000 words

total (input + output).- Pricing (est.):

- $2.00 per 1 milion input tokens (messages sent to AI)

- $8.00 per 1 milion output tokens (AI responses returned)

Typical exchange X 1,000 tokens (̃$0.0068 USD, under 1¢ per chat).

Actual usage varies by conversation length.

Important: AI widget costs are not included in the giveaway or hosting plan.

Client is responsible for any usage charges and may opt out of the widget at any time

to avoid costs.

Prize Conditions

- SmartSite includes 1 year of free hosting starting on the date the completed website

is delivered.

- After one year, hosting is $97 per month, biled monthly.

- Winner may cancel hosting at any time.

- Branding deliverables are fuly owned by the winner upon completion.

- Winner must claim the prize within 48 hours of announcement or forfeit the award; a

new winner may be selected.

Winner Selection

Winner wil be chosen based on need and fit for the BFF Marketing brand, as

determined solely by Sponsor.

This is not a random drawing.

6 Legal Disclaimers

- Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.

- Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway for any

reason.

- Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with

Instagram, Meta, or GoHighLevel.

- Entrants release Instagram, Meta, and GoHighLevel from all liability related to this

promotion.

Taxes

Winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize

PrivacyInformation colected wil be used solely for contacting the winner and may also be

used for marketing updates from BFF Marketing.

Data wil not be sold to third parties.
